Met zijn donkere en crispy sound heeft Redshape voor een enorme impact gezorgd, zowel op de dansvloer als thuis. Zijn producties worden opgepikt door onder andere Laurent Garnier Josh Wink en alle andere grote jocks. Zijn liveset is een mengelmoes van oldschool Chicago / New York house tot minimalistische beats in de Carl Craig stijl. Wat hem nog interessanter maakt is het feit dat hij zijn ware identiteit altijd verborgen houdt achter zijn rode masker. “If you see a guy hanging out in the alley behind your local club with a red mask on, don’t call the police, it’s probably just Redshape psyching himself up to go on stage.”
