David Franks aka Frankee is part of a new wave of producers to hit the scene. Although a new face to many, Frankee’s history spans back more than a decade of dedication and hard graft from when he was first introduced to drum & bass via his older brother at the age of thirteen. Frankee will makes the walls of the RAM stage rise once again with his inimitable style and sound.
June Miller – Mark McCann and Bart van Dijk – met under bizarre circumstances. Mark ran a small record label in the UK, Bart played guitar in a Dutch hardcore punk band. The two bonded through the fine balance of hardcore’s beauty and brutality, and started exploring other genres when they discovered drum & bass. It wasn’t long until Ram Records scooped them up along with their famous release ’64 Thousand’. On Saturday, head to the RAM stage to witness these drum & bass heroes in action!
A true DJ at heart with many years of experience under his belt, Amsterdam-based DJ/producer Nymfo has established himself as a strong presence in the drum & bass scene with his skills in the studio as well as on the decks. With his potent combination of powerful beats and hypnotic techno-influenced grooves, Nymfo will take make you lose control within the dirty bunker at RAM.
Teddy Killerz is made up of the – Russian – Ukrainian trio consisting of duo Place 2b, Paimon, and Garud. The trio kick-started their career by being chosen as the “Skrillex Honourable Pick” in a remix competition for OWSLA. Successfully nailing every sound they explore, from glitch to electro to brutal drum & bass, their ability to conjure a frenzy with all types of crowd will blow your mind when they take over the RAM stage.
After starting to write his own lyrics and playing at a few local events, MC Dapper relocated from the UK to Amsterdam and propelled himself into the depths of the Dutch/European drum & bass scene. With 16 years in the game and voted #1 DnB MC in the Netherlands twice, get ready to be blown away when MC Dapper jumps on stage at RAM.
