DJ and producer KIM SWIM loves to swim against the tide. Originally from South Korea and now based in Berlin, she grew up across Germany, shaping her eclectic musical identity. Dropping out of law school to pursue music, KIM quickly rose in Europe’s electronic scene, with standout sets at Boiler Room, RSO, Funkhaus, Watergate and HÖR.

Her residencies at DNA Club Munich and Gotec Karlsruhe reflect her deep connection to the scene. In 2025, she’s already toured South Africa and played at top international venues like Mondo Disko, Radion, and Kilometre25.

As a rising producer, KIM’s releases on Hot Meal Records and Polyamor, including “Hands Up High,” have gained major support. This summer, she’ll debut at major festivals like Teletech, Monegros, Electric Love and Deichbrand.

With a genre-fluid sound spanning funky house, trance, techno and baile funk, KIM SWIM delivers high-energy sets that push boundaries and connect diverse audiences.
